Imad as a Software Engineer
I begin to know software engineering when I was working at Accelbyte, Inc. For me who have hardware engineering background, software engineering feels really intuitive and less hassle. I no longer have to deal with small memory constraint, ugly wirings, and long-time hardware componnent shipment. Yet, I can make something that more impactful to other people’s life as it is more accessible by the end users.
Since then, I pivot my career and have a dream to be a great software engineer. I am getting better by working at various startup including GovPredict, Inc., Niteo GmbH, and Sling, Inc.. Not only learn about the software engineering, I also learned in how to collaborate with team across the globe and how to have effective communication.
Today, I was fortunate enough to get a job where I could combine my software engineering and cloud engineering skills in CyberMatrix, Co. Ltd.

The first moment I fell in love with programming is when I joined a robotics team in my university. I dig deeper to learn about programming and getting more and more in love with it. This excitement of learning programming has helped me with growing my skills and develop myself to have a great career. Nowadays, I see robotics as a hobby. It might changed in the future but I still find myself as a software engineer possibly until the next 5 years.
